The pastoral infrastructure was never built. That is the gap we exist to close.
HALFSPCE is pastoral care and identity coaching for football, led by Coach Julian. Pressure, selection, release, life after the game. if it's about the person rather than the performance, it's what we do. You talk. Julian listens. HALFSPCE was born out of years spent inside football environments. Watching gifted young players define themselves entirely by their performance, and seeing what was left when the game inevitably went quiet.
The work sits where football culture, psychology and faith meet: a conviction that identity built only on results is fragile, and that the person behind the player deserves to be seen, structured and supported.
